Shipping and Handling

Due to the CoVid-19 pandemic, please note that there may be substantial delays in delivery services.

This is beyond our control, and we seek your patience and kind understanding.

Additionally, orders will be accumulated and shipped in bulk to reduce trips to the Post Office. For international orders, kindly allow up to about 10 business days for your orders to be processed and shipped.

Shipping Times:

All orders are shipped from The United States via United States Postal. On average, packages take about 2-4 weeks to reach their destination. However, some packages may take up to 3 months due to circumstances beyond our control, or the control of The United States postal service, such as delays at customs or high delivery load during holiday periods. Please kindly understand that this store will not be held liable for such delays.

Modes of Mail:

Packages shipped via Registered Mail will come with a tracking number. You will receive a tracking number via email upon the fulfillment of your order. However please note that the status of tracking information after the package has reached its destination country is subjected to the destination post's availability.

If your parcel is being returned to us due to the wrong mailing address provided or failing to collect the parcel from your local post office during the collection period, you will be responsible for re-shipment fees. We will do our best to ensure the goods will not be damaged during transit. However, once they are sent to the courier, we will not be responsible for damaged or lost packages, since it has already been taken out of our control. Please make sure that you understand the risk before placing an order! 

Shop Return and Exchange Policy:
Please understand that all sales made on the shop are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong order was sent to you. Please contact us with a photo of the wrong item and we will get back to you shortly in 1-2 weeks. Thank you!

Customs Fees and Taxes:

Please also note that you are responsible for any taxes or customs fees incurred at your destination country. This store will not refund any shipping fees for packages returned due to unpaid custom fees. Declaration of value will also be in accordance to the order received.
